Terms
A clear agreement for using Zaila.
These terms set out the ground rules for using Zaila, connecting services, and working with assistant-generated content.

Using Zaila
Zaila is a personal operations assistant for organizing work, commitments, follow-ups, messages, and related information. You may use Zaila only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing assistant-generated suggestions before relying on them or sending them to anyone else.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and do not share access to your account in a way that could compromise your workspace. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it results from our failure to protect the service.
You must provide information that is accurate and keep it current. We may suspend access when necessary to protect Zaila, its users, or connected services.
Your content and integrations
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Zaila. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you request.
If you connect Google, Gmail, Calendar, or another service, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access. You can disconnect integrations at any time, subject to information already stored in your workspace.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for files, messages, contacts, and other content you add or process through Zaila.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zaila to break the law, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse connected providers, or process information in a way that violates the rights of others.
Assistant and AI features
Assistant output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. It is provided for assistance, not as legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice.
Review important output, verify facts, and confirm actions before you rely on them. Zaila is not responsible for decisions made solely from unverified assistant output.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Zaila available and reliable, but the service may change, become temporarily unavailable, or include features that are still being developed. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Ending your account
You may stop using Zaila and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer practical.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zaila is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Zaila and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
