Your work stays yours.

We collect the information needed to provide Zaila, including your name, email address, account credentials, workspace information, and the tasks, messages, notes, files, and other content you choose to add.

When you connect Google, we receive the account information and permissions you authorize. If you enable Gmail or Calendar features, Zaila accesses only the data needed for the feature you request.

We also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, log data, and approximate usage activity to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use information to authenticate you, operate your workspace, sync connected services, provide assistant features, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability and security of Zaila.

Content you provide may be processed by the AI provider you select in your workspace. We use that processing only to return the requested assistant result and to operate the features you enable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected Gmail or Calendar content for advertising.

You control whether to connect Google and other integrations. You can disconnect an integration from your workspace or revoke Zaila's access from the provider's account settings.

Disconnecting a service stops future access, but does not automatically delete information that was already imported into your workspace. You can delete that workspace content through Zaila where those controls are available.

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and protected credential storage designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

When you delete your account, we will begin removing your account information and workspace content, subject to backups, legal requirements, and legitimate operational records.

You can review and update account information in Zaila, disconnect integrations, and delete content where the product provides those controls. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will verify requests before completing them and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Zaila is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as Zaila changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Your continued use of Zaila after an update means the revised policy applies to your use of the service.
